A common upgrade for early Alfa Romeo 105 series cars with 3 inch caliper bolt spacing is to put the Brembo calipers from a later GTV6 or Milano on and use a vented rotor. The later calipers are much much lighter and because they are thicker the addition of the vented rotor introduces much better performance. Used parts are available and cheap.
